Like many websites, we use Google Analytics to track our users’ activities on our website, this allows us to see where our users may find things difficult to understand or have a problem completing a task.

We will keep secure records of your personal information until you ask us to delete it. If you are a registered member of Collective we will keep records of your payment history and attendance records.

We may ask for more information if required for your personal safety (for example, home address and emergency contact information). You will be notified of our data retention policy for this information if and when we require it.
