Information collected using technology
Like many websites, we use Google Analytics to track our users’ activities on our website, this allows us to see where our users may find things difficult to understand or have a problem completing a task.
We may need to share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a law enforcement requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
You can opt out of some of these services by visiting the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out portal.
We will always respond to requests access to personal information we hold about you, please contact us if you need this. You can also request that we delete all of your personal information by contacting us. We may need to ask some security information based on the information we hold in order to send or delete this.
We will keep secure records of your personal information until you ask us to delete it. If you are a registered member of Collective we will keep records of your payment history and attendance records.
We may ask for more information if required for your personal safety (for example, home address and emergency contact information). You will be notified of our data retention policy for this information if and when we require it.
